Skewed X axis and print not centered to bed

So... as the title these are the problems, a part of that the printer works exceptionally well. I Did looked carefully to the assembly and looks fine to me but maybe I'm missing something. FYI i modeled this 17x17 cm square just to make this little skewing evident. Thanks for your help!

Mine is also skewed (produces a parallelogram rather than a cube) . Plus, the arm is not parallel to the bed. I started up a separate thread.

I suspect I'm going to have to mess around for a day with thin metal shims. Not looking forward to that.

If you look, they use both the extruded aluminum side and a 3d printed base as the alignment surfaces that control both of these issues. Not a great design. Plus, it has a ton of flex.
