Prints getting stuck to the nozzle, and coming off the bed
Hi! I'm totally new to this hobby, just assembled my Mini+ a couple of days ago. I've had some mixed success with the prints I've tried, some come out pretty much perfect, others just fail consistently. In most of the failures, there seems to be an issue with the print coming loose. I've cleaned the bed with IPA, and with windex, and I've been careful not to touch anything but the borders, but the issue still happens.
Most notably, the perimeter lines that are laid at the beginning of each print tend to come off.
I've tried the test suggested in https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/ and I can get the single-layer squares pretty much perfect, no variations or stuck lines are visible. Likewise, I've tried a V2 calibration script that I found in some other thread, and it consistently comes out perfect.
I've also tried increasing the bed and extruder temperature for the first layer (225/65), and that seems to help somewhat, but I'm still getting the problems.
The last 3 prints I tried ended up with the piece stuck to the nozzle, and artifacts like in the pictures attached.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Textured, sarin, or smooth PEI sheet? The textured sheet often has poor adhesion with PLA.

I'm using the smooth PEI bed, and Prusament PLA (galaxy black, though I doubt that matters much 🙂 )

I couldn’t get the galaxy black to print correctly before I ran out of the sample spool, however the other supplied grey sample spool was flawless on the same settings.
you could try tweaking the flow rate up a bit, or printing with a brim to see if that helps?

I washed the PEI sheet with hot water and soap, and also increased the bed temperature a bit more (80C), and added brims.
Today's prints have all come out pretty good, I haven't had the problem repeat so far. I did a few smaller prints earlier, and they were ok. Now I'm doing a larger one (12h or so). It's 1/3rd through and no problems so far, so fingers crossed...

There is no reason to increase the temp on your bed.
If I were a betting man, I would guess you need to adjust your Z offset or live Z.

The first thing I always do when parts are not sticking anymore is cleaning the heatbed with hot water and dish cleaner. Make sure to clean the cleaner off properly 😉
Step two is checking the first layer hight with the awesome live Z-adjust feature.

I'll try some prints with lower bed temps again. Yesterday I managed to print good ones with a washed PEI plate and 80C temp. I have checked the live Z calibration, and the first layer tests in this thread https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/ come out perfectly fine. I think it might have been the windex (well, ajax) I had used before to degrease the PEI surface. After washing, things have worked out just fine so far.

I though windex was used to REDUCE bed adhesion for filament like PETG. Happy to be corrected.

You are correct. Windex will make it less likely to stick. PETG is more likely to over adhere to the bed if yiou have Z correct.

Ok, so that was my problem, I was definitely using the wrong stuff! No wonder prints were coming loose...

" You and me both, in this forum I've seen different posts that recommend "stuff" to both increase and decrease adhesion of the same material (although I suppose it might be possible to increase at high temperatures and decrease at low).
