Possible under extrusion issue, help needed.

Hi All,

This is my first time posting so please go easy on me, I'm just looking for a bit of advice on what to check please.

I currently have 2 prusa mini+ I will call them printerA and printerB

PrinterA (right photo) has been printing for weeks with no issues at all

PrinterB (left photo) almost prints perfectly, however, I've highlighted some under extrusion? issue which seems to crop up in the same spot on each print. I've looked around a bit and things I've found so far have been to check the PTFE tube as it might be causing a block if there is a gap between it and the hot end. My issue is, whoever pre-assembled the unit at Prusa tightened the nut so much I cannot get it off so ideally I would like to see if there are any other areas for me to check before I fight this nut again.

Both printers are using the exact same gcode file and filament, any pointers would be really helpful thank you.

Managed to get it off finally, had to undo the 2 fan screws and the probe holder and use a socket wrench in order to get it off as the provided tools from Prusa just didn't work.... some others might find this helpful so figured I would post.

I was able to measure the PTFE tube at just shy of 4.2cm so I've replaced this with a longer 4.4 piece. Just printing now so will update in a few hours to confirm if this resolved the issue.
