Mini - not sticking after unclog
After several days of beautiful prints it stopped printing. Clogged, could not load or unload as well as print failing. Freed clog, still had problem. Did full process per book. After pushing up the heater block I have no more clogs, flows freely and I can again load and unload but I can't get it to stick. My original z-setting was .5. Now at limit pf 2 but still not enough. Now what?
RE: Mini - not sticking after unclog
Hello,
Did you reseat your probe height after pushing your nozzle up? I learned this lesson myself just not too long ago. Loosen the screw that holds your minda probe. Lower your nozzle just to where it touches the bed by hand. Place a credit card or something like thickness under the probe and gently press your probe down on the card and tighten your screw back.
Step 16 of this guide has the example I'm writing about: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/guide/how-to-replace-superpinda-mini-mini_179912

Take a look at some of the many threads on here about first-layer problems. Most are fixed with scrupulous cleaning and a few with careful calibration.
Cheerio,

If you have moved the heater block up then I assume you have also re-adjusted the MINDA height? Because if you haven't, then you will run into the problem of not enough Live Z height adjustment to compensate.

@alex-hung
You are correct. I figured out I would need to adjust the probe. Did so and working again. Thank you for the response.
RE: Mini - not sticking after unclog
I agree with Daniel and Alex. If you moved heater block up you will need to adjust the MINDA Sensor. There is even a knowledge base article to show you how. If you don't have credit card you can use one of the zip ties shipped with the mini. I have youse both methods and haven't had any issues getting the sensor height correct.

@rockytoptim
And redo your Live Z.
