Line spacing too much
When I print the frog it looks bad, I recalibrate and it looks ok but still has gaps. Then I print prusa logo but still the filament is far from each other like weaving a basket. I am only using the files from the usb stick, hatchbox pla.

Your live z setting is too high. The nozzle needs to be closer to the bed to squish the filament more. When at the correct height it will be an unbroken first layer

If you look at the photo of the frog base, I have put the nozzle very close to the bed and the filament is very flat. There are still gaps and it looks bad. Not sure whats going on.

I printed the calibration square and each line is separate. They are not stuck together. The nozzle is as far down as it can go and each individual line is flat. It cant get any closer to the print bed but each line is still seperate and not filling in with each other. What else could the problem be?

It looks like you are still too high. What is your live Z value? Mine usually runs around -0.8 mm.

Thank you, this fixed the issue. I changed the extrusion value in prusa slicer to 1.1. I printed with black PET-G last night and then this morning I printed something with Orange PET-G and there was residue of black PET-G on top of the block where the nozzle screws in. Is that normal? I heated the nozzle to 280 and cleaned it all off.
