Is this layer shift?
Brand new, pre assembled mini plus, does this look like layer shift to you? I’ve made sure all belts are tight and everything is squared. Any help is appreciated!

Yes, that does look like layer shift. Layer shift usually occurs when there is some kind of mechanical obstacle of the print head or heat bed. Since you don't show us on the bed we can't know where the issue is. I'd say print it again and see if you can tell when the head or bed is being blocked.
