is my nozzle too high?

New prusa mini user here, I was wondering if my nozzle is too high? Image attached

definitely too high, it should be a smooth layer with no gaps. print a 10mm by 150mm strip at 0.2mm height for Live Z adjustment, the Live Z print in the firmware is not very helpful to dial in the Live Z.

General rule of thumb:

Too high = Gaps

Just right = No gaps and smooth

Too low = No gaps but surface has a lot of bumps. Or outright no extrusion
