RE: Problem print of prusa parts

In this case we are dealing with a number of variables.

Which slicer do you use?

Is the preset for the delta printer you are using selected in this slicer?

Is there a preset in this slicer for the filaments you use?

I think it's an object cooling problem.

RE:

Hello René,

i use Cura 5.2.1 as slicer and all parameters like prusa specs

Filament  GST 3D PLA+ and Geeetech PETG both not working. Same problem if i use support structure.
All other parts working without this troubles.

I use to print "Fystec Prusa Mini parts which are R2 version". Or they are newer versions availabe?

What different if i use Prusa Slicer instead of Cura ?

Printer are a FLSUN QQS-Pro and Creality Ender 3 Pro same problems at both machines so i do not think that problem the printer itself.

Cooling you mean to much cooling? I can test if i disable cooling

PLA works with 200 & 210°C  PETG i work with 235°C and 220°C

RE: Problem print of prusa parts

When printing with PLA, the object is cooled 100% from layer 3 and higher.

If you print the display box, is it lying flat on the bed with the display cutout? (pict.)

Have you tried other positions for the display box? (pict.)

You also indicate that the result is the same on both printers.

This might seem like the problem is in the slicer you are using.

Try an older cura version and see if that helps.

You also ask if there is a newer version of the display box.

I think the original Prusa version of this object is R8.

Now if i use R8 of the Display frame 2,8" it works without this failure.

Are a display frame for 3,2" also availabele as Remix of the R8 Frame from Prusa?
I get a Fystec 3,2" display unit and not the orderet 2,8" kit

Hope anyone can help me.

best regards

Not as far as I know.

Also keep in mind that the aspect ratio of the R8 and Fystec R2 display box differ from each other.

Green=R8 Orange=R2.

RE:

Have checked the Fystec R2 file for any errors.

Everything looks good.

Printed part that goes wrong with you, on my mini.
