Hot End Clogging Up

Hello, I emailed my problem to PRUSA a couple of days ago but have yet to receive a response and so hope that someone in the community could please offer some advice. I assembled the MINI+ But have so far been unable to use it. The main problem is that the hot-end keeps getting clogged up and only a small amount of filament gets through, and most of the time none at all gets through. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting methods I could find, such as unscrewing the brass nuts either end of the filament tube, cold pulling, heating beyond the melting point, and cleaning out the nozzle. But, every time I do these routines it clogs back up again straight away. I’m 99% sure it’s the hot-end that’s the problem, since I tested the extruder in isolation and it worked perfectly fine. Any helpful advice would be much appreciated, thank you.

Your best bet will probably be to replace the PTFE tube in the hotend with the spare tube included with the printer per these instructions.
