Excessive first layer offset
I ran the first layer calibration and ended up needing -1.85mm as offset. Isn't that a way too higher number?
How can I fix this?

depends on the height of the MINDA probe, if you find the numbers too high re-calibrate the MINDA sensor look here for some tips: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/guide/how-to-replace-a-m-i-n-d-a-sensor-mini_115145 (step 19 and on)

What is your new First Layer Z level?
I am at -1.475 on the textured sheet and -1.300 on the smooth. I may have to give this adjustment a try.

Good morning. I am totally new at 3D printers. I am facing dsimilar problem. I need to adjust the Live Z in the first layer calibration up to - 2 mm what is the maximum. Despite that, the nozzle is far away from the bed printing in the air. I followed step 26 to calibrate the MINDA sensor as well, and it is as it puts. After that, the distance is even more. I don't understand why, but no first layer can be printed because it is in the air. Any help?

If you find you need to adjust more than 2mm, and you followed the guide correctly, then your MINDA probe is probably faulty. Try contacting Prusa support.
