curling up

I've got a problem with flat designs (such as a case for my raspberry) is curling up at the edges.

What would you advise? Thanks in advance.

Please find the link below.

You see on one side it's curling upward, while the other side is fine.

Grazie

RE: curling up

I see.

that's the material shrinking. What material are you using?

In any case you can try adding some 5mm brim, that will help.

RE: curling up

I use prusament PLA.

I tried a 5 mm brim, however the problem is still there.

The result is the same. Any other tips? Lowering heatbed temp? Slower first layer? Slower overall print speed?

What would you suggest?

RE: curling up

Clean the bed and Live Z adjust

Try to lower the nozzle. PLA can't warp that way if the z height is right

RE: curling up

As already suggested Live-Z is a likely candidate, on another post another member had an almost identical problem when it was too high.

Have a look at this post, printing a larger 0.2mm square makes it much easier to make adjustments than the built in process:
https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/

When I first got my printer I spent ages getting it right but am much better and quicker at it now should I need to for a different filament or get a new sheet, spending some time on the process is very worth while.
