can't get a fine First layer result

I have Problems with the first layer. The z Axis values on maximum -2000 with PLA (other PLA produce a similar result)  and a brand new Sheet produces the result bottom. i have no idea to resolve the Problem.

The problem exist since 1 Month after 10 Month of fine Use

Need a closer shot the the last patch. But, if you're maxed out at -2 on the live Z, then you probably need to move the Pinda sensor up to give yourself some more room to adjust.

RE:

At a glance that looks like it's printing with the nozzle set too high; you need to adjust the live Z to drop it by (roughly) 0.2mm and try again.  If you've run out of adjustment room in the Live Z adjust setting, then as Chris says you need to look at adjusting the position of the PINDA sensor.  It needs to be set about 1.5mm higher than the nozzle (credit card thickness gets you in the right ball park)..

Yep, that's way too high. So, what we said before.

Yup - I think my 0.2mm was too conservative - that looks more like 0.4mm+ too high!

(Although it is always worth dialling into these things a bit at the time - too high and you get a mess like that, but if you go too low too fast you just end up gouging a track into your PEI sheet.  Bitter experience taught me that!)

ok, sensor nozzle gap is credit card thickness higher than the nozzle. But I noticed that it intercepts the Live 0 value very high, about 5mm above the pressure plate. If I pull the sensor down far enough that it lightly touches the printed filament, the nozzle is still far enough above the bed that it lays the filament on the bed and not lightly squeezing it. I'd have to get the whole head off somehow so it doesn't go off in mid-air with live z-value 0.
