Bought two... one works?

Hi guys,

I took delivery of a pair of Prusa Mini's on Monday. They appear to be from two different production batches as there are minor variations in the control board housing.

The first printer I assembled, tested and it works perfectly right out of the box.

The second printer... fails the z axis on the startup selftest, but if you run selftest later it works fine? It seems to skew from right to left over 5mm, something is very wrong here. The nozzle is almost touching the bed on the side of the control board, and as it moves further left it just gets so far from the bed it's ridiculous. I've detached and reattached the z axis/control board part (3 screws) and checked it with a builders square... it's square.

Both printers have automated bed levelling sensors (most of why I bought them to be honest, after fighting with an ender 5 for too long).

The bit that really gets me, is one works perfectly straight out of the box, the other is just a nightmare so far.

Any thoughts? Warranty job?
