Export your selection as an stl. Be aware, because of the standard scale of Blender a 2m object will print as a 2mm. You can adjust the unit scale in Blender or scale on export to achieve the correct scale.

This stl can be loaded into a slicer software to generate the gcodes for the printer.

You should also activate the "3D-Print Toolbox" add-in to check your model for errors (normals, islands, manifoldness, intersections).

If you have no experience with 3d-printing and you are working with a Prusa Printer i would prefer to try first with PrusaSlicer. The parameters for all Prusa printers and many filamentparameters are preset there.

@lichtjaeger

do i need to use prusa slicer?

PrusaSlicer is the best Slicer for Prusa printers, but you are free to use any slicer you want.

For Example:

Yes, if your object size is 20x20x20mm Slicer will slice it 1:1 and Printer will print it 1:1. If you scale the object in slicer 2:1 the Printer will print it 2:1 (40x40x40mm). The axes are zoomed, not the volume.

What blender version do you use?

Latest versions show metric units instead of bu. If you have designed a model that is shown as 2cm (or 0.02m) in Z you need an export scale of 1000 to get 2cm in the stl file.

If you have set the unit scale in your scene settings to 0.001, the object size shows the real size of the print.
