Thank you for the picture. 

 Arethese the normal 8mm LM8UU bearings? (X&Z are 10mm?)  Thought about replacing them with Misumi LMU8 and the X&Z with Misumi LMU10W. Nice experiences with Igus bushings, but had to replace them after ~1,5 years due too high tolerances -so I decided to use more Misumis (Quite well after a couple of years if you lubricate and service them correctly. Also the rods are nearly as at the beginning) 

Have you any plans of changing the bearings?

There i have done a teardown, rest of the printer is following tomorrow. Its back together again and peints, but have no time today to post the missing things.

Actually i dont plan to replace the bearings, but i greased all of them on all axis.

So the bearings are not properly greased, just like on the MK3?

The parts from thingiverse for mk3 are working. No more shitty u bolts!

Could you elaborate what the advantage of these u-bolts is?

Ubolts can hold the bearings tighter than cable ties which was the original solution. 
but, if over tightened the ubolts can damage the bearings and cause damage to the smooth rods...

I printed and replaced my u-bolts with this model: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3068363

However, the single right mount will not fit because of the x-z assembly mounting bracket. I had to modify that bearing mount a little bit on one side.
