Turning off the Mini+ with a switch before the power supply?
The Mini+ has the power supply before the power key and I would like to add a switch between the power supply and the wall socket.
Is there a problem turning off the Mini+ with a switch before the power supply?
Thank you !

No. My Minis sit on smartplugs that I use to turn them (and the LED lights in their enclosures) on and off.

When I moved the switch from the back of the unit to the front and also when I added the LED lighting unit, the 24V comes into the unit to two terminals. It goes nowhere until the switch on the unit is turned on. Switching off and on from the external power supply should not make any difference and not harm the electronics.

I use a wireless control power switch in next room to turn on/off not only my Prusa Mini+, but the Raspberry Pi3A+ with OctoPi installaed for 3Dprinting. No problems with the Mini+, nor with the Pi3A+ when I forget to shutdown before turning power off:
