haha - you say it...I dreamed of switching nozzles, filaments, ... but actually what you want is to tune everything for one nozzle and one filament and never touch it again 😀

This reeks of AI so I’d take this with a grain of salt. With that said, maybe something change with the Revo Mini’s in the modern day? I’m also seeing large improvements in print quality from reducing the temperatures. In the case of PLA, reducing the temperature by 20-30C from 220C took me from pretty rough benchy’s to matching the Mini’s stock print quality. I dug into this very deeply, I printed a couple dozen benchy’s. I isolated as many variables as I could between the Bowden tube, extruder, mechanical assembly, part cooling, heater core, etc to debug my bad print quality but ultimately it seems that the Revo Micro just prints hot compared to my stock hot end. The only thing that seemed to help compared to lowering the temperature was printing a fan duct mod.
I guess I’m stuck tuning in all the filament profiles manually now 😔 not quite the plug and play experience I had with my MK3 on Revo.
