RE: Prusa Mini and Octoprint
I have the same issue?
RE:
As pointed out above, Octoprint should not affect print quality. It simply streams the output to the printer.
The only place that vanilla Octoprint adds GCode is in "Octoprint settings/GCode scripts". Which by default a probably blank.

There are several scripts. After print job completes and after print job is cancelled have some code, the others start blank.

RE: Prusa Mini and Octoprint
So in the spirit of sharing information, I wanted to mention an issue I had. I switched my hotend from a Mosquito to a REvo Micro, the mosquito was offset from the orignal hotend by a few mm so I had custom G-code to address that. The Revo sits at the same place as the stock hotend so I removed that g-code, but was getting some issues with the purge line being printed outside the bed. Turns out I didn't have the custom bound box defined. I am in Mid print right now , but will test after . I assume it should resolve that problem ? Also I was not getting any warnings at all, is that something that changed in the firmware ?
RE: Prusa Mini and Octoprint
Looks like I answered my own question, I disabled the warning about size detection.
Also Prusa documentation suggests -3 / 180 for Y as opposed to -4 which is posted in this thread. Not sure if it matter too much but wanted to point it out.

RE: Prusa Mini and Octoprint
so I am completely stumpped. Even with the bound box my prime line doesn't print on the bed. Any ideas ? ?
