Pre made enclosure for Mini
Hi Everyone,
I am new to 3d printing, and looking for some feedback on enclosures. Due to space requirements and lack of time to build an enclosure I am looking at pre-made ones. Really want to have HEPPA and carbon filter. Considering this one https://www.3dupfitters.com/products/prusa-mini-acrylic-enclosure-kit. It is open on the bottom but would fit my current stand. I would need to get a separate filter system. Would this work with PLA and ABS both?
My other choice is to go with a ductless fume hood SAS model #SS-218-DCH in the 18 inch size. I think it would be harder to reach printer components and don't know if having the fan on top that goes from 0 to 100 cfm's would affect my prints.
Both are very expensive but because I need it pre-made there are not very many choices.
Any feedback or other ideas for a pre-built would be greatly appreciated.

enclosure suggestions for mini
I think maybe I need to modify my previous question. Although I like the Ikea lack table enclosure, that is not an option for me to build. Does anyone have any other suggestions for an enclosure? I can not vent to the outside so am looking for something with filters where I can use different filaments. Prefer a HEPA/Charcoal combination. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

They do now? Good to know.
I was about to suggest IKEA Platsa, it’s a cabinet where you can put a door on it and drill holes for vents and filters, but it’s not available in every Reagion.

The Tukkari seems the most cost effective. Shipping is harsh, especially for the TLX. They have a US office but apparently it doesn’t do distribution.

I got mine from their US store site. The kit still ships from CZ and took a while to get here.

I had a great email exchange with their customer support, I’ll probably order the same unit on Monday. I plan to put in a fan with HEPA filter since mine will run inside the house. Your setup looks practical. Would the control LCD connect comfortably from outside the enclosure?

Can’t see why not. The bottom isn’t flush with the table so there is gap to run the ribbon through. And if you want more gap, you can adjust the model yourself 😀
