One plugin I would recommend is the "bed visualizer". An auxiliary tool for bed leveling. In general, I would make sure that not too many or not 100% compatible plugins are used for reasons of system stability.

I use:
Extra Distance Buttons,
Floating Navbar,
Navbar Temperature Plugin,
Preheat Button,
Tab Order,
Themeify,
WebcamTab
as I use TP-Link Smartplug to turn on and off the power after a print has been completed.
My Mini has: A SuperPINDA + Bondtech Heatbreak + Bondtech Extruder installed

You can either search and install it via octoprint or download and install it directly via a linux console (putty).

I can also recommend "DryRun" (to have just the axis move without extrusion or heating, great for finding some errors) and the "Telegram" plugin to monitor and control the printer over the internet.
