OctoPrint external USB camera feed goes away - fix included

I use an external, USB connected webcam to monitor a Prusa Mini via Octoprint.  Every once in a while the video feed in Octoprint goes away.  Rather than have to reboot the RPi, the following command always fixes the issue even when in the middle of a print:

sudo service webcamd restart

You do need terminal access via ssh, VNC, local keyboard and monitor, etc.

Currently running v1.5.3 Octoprint on a RPi 3B+

I would recommend to check this page:

https://elinux.org/RPi_USB_Webcams

Some webcameras connected via USB may be problematic, like high power-output or peaks, bad drivers etc...
I have one Microsoft camera, that had power-peaks, that even raspberry deemed them once a while as faulty. Reboot was necessary

I will give this a try tonight.  I have one that is a little finicky.
