I have a silicon mod on my Mini for a while and I started having this issue in the middle. I ran the numbers through the silicon mod calculator and there shouldn't be an issue, the bed should be flat.

The Mini does not actually probe the exact center. Given that, the calculator averages the 4 center data points to define relative 0. You might indeed have a dip in the middle, no way to really tell. You can try tightening the 8 outer screws by half a turn or so and re-calibrating from there.
