Brozzl heatbreak
Hello,
Did anyone have the specs for brozzl heatbreak ptfe tube (length/angle). I have to renew my tube.
Thx in advance.
RE:
I tried to guess from the existing one. Champfer could be 60°
The length I have trouble with. Sources say that it is 39mm, but this seam to short. I would say that 41mm is a good length (a cold pull shows a gap around 2mm). have to try it. Other sources say, use original ptfe tube and shorten it about 2mm. This would strengthend my guess for the length.
Are my thoughts ok, or is there something I miss....
(reason for that is, I can print pla-blend, asa, petg, tpu without issue, but regular pla is a clogging pain)
RE: Brozzl heatbreak
Why don't you contact Brozzl and ask? I mean, your guess about length can be close to accurate, however if some troubles appear, you just won't be sure anymore.

There is a cutting jig here that can also be used for the brozzl heatbreak: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/3644-ptfe-tube-chamfer-and-cut-jig
