Z seam like arfifact in vase mode - 2.6
I am trying to print a low poly vase sliced with PrusaSlicer 2.6, but it doesn't look very good due to a Z seam like artifact on one side. This is vase mode without any layer changes. I printed the same vase with 2.5.x without any issues, and Cura sliced prints look great. As can be seen from the attached gcode viewer screenshot, there's something seamlike going on even in vase mode... Any ideas what could be causing this, and which setting to change?

None of that is very useful information. Please Save your project from Prusa Slicer (File>Save Project As). That will save a 3mf file. A PS 3mf project is a complete snapshot of the slicing environment. We get the model, all your used settings and in use profiles, any modifiers, etc. We can slice and preview identically to you with a project and look for anomalies in both the settings and the model.
To attach a 3mf (like most files here) you NEED to zip it up or the forum will just silently not attach it. With a 3mf you are a lot more likely to get useful help.

Thanks for attaching the project. Your model is suffering from a known issue in Prusa Slicer. This was reported back in version 2.2.0 (April 2020) https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/4116
It is still open. As such I don't think changing any settings will resolve this. You might want to bump the issue by posting and attaching that project file but given that its been sat there for 3 years already like many other issues I don't think you will get a fix soon. That leaves slicing it with a different slicer. Although any based on PS will likely suffer the same problem.

Thanks for your reply! What's odd is that I have several of these printed to show off various colors, and they do not exhibit the problem. I am almost sure I sliced with the previous major release of PrusaSlicer (before 2.6), probably some flavor of 2.5.x. I could go back and re-install older versions, but since Cura works fine, that will do for now.

Edit time expired: when studying the print from 2.5.x very carefully, I see the same problem, but it's so faint I never noticed it before. It just got much worse with 2.6.
