X axis motor randomly disabling during print, only happens when sliced with Prusa

So, I'm having a REALLY weird issue that only happens with Prusa Slicer v2.3.3. Prepare for a wall of text, but I tried to include as many relevant details as I could. I'm finding a problem that happens once every dozen slices or so.... At some point in the slice, the X axis stops moving left and right (with the motor disabling). I broke it down to rule out firmware, height, and temperature.

1) It isn't a problem with the printer firmware because generally, other Prusa slices print fine, and if I slice the problematic print in Cura using the same parameters, it also prints fine. This is pretty frustrating as it seems to be completely random, but since it happens at any point in the print, I can either waste 14 hours printing or only 3. I've examined the gcode files, and the commands to move the axis are still there, but the motor just disables (freely moves). This has happened on 3 printers now, each completely different makes and different firmware (one is precompiled, 2 others I wrote from vanilla Marlin), so it isn't related to the printer firmware either.

2) It isn't an issue with the layer height, as after the second time this happened printing, I went ahead and printed a hollow 20mmx20mm cube the full height of the printer with no issues. I did a third attempt at the original failed print, and it stopped again at the same point as before.

3) It isn't an overheating issue either. Each time the motor stopped moving, it was the same exact height, making me think it isn't an overheating related issue as I've done longer & more complex prints, plus the ambient air temp is pretty mild (about 65F). It also isn't a clogging issue, as filament continues to extrude. On one of the slices, I went ahead and split the print a centimeter or so below where the motor stops to try to isolate the issue, and the problem still happens on the same part of the original print where it normally happened. I kept that gcode, and have it available if anyone wants to try to do a test for me. It's only about 45 minutes long, and sliced for an E5Pro with a .6 nozzle.

If anyone can help me diagnose this, that would be really appreciated. I have the gcode below for the split print with the error. It takes about 45 minutes to print, but the part where the motor dies around the 35 minute mark.
