Wrong measures with Slic3r

Hello

I'm user of MK3 and Slic3r 2.1...

but I also build my CoreXY based on Duet 2 Wifi with RepRap software. In Duet web interface my axes are moving correctly, but when I slice for example calibration cube 20x20x20 is printed as 17x17x17. Slic3r shows me, that the cube is 20x20x20. So what should be wrong?

Sorry - I know nothing about CoreXY printers, and haven't seen anyone here on this Prusa forum discussing them.

I should think your profile is somehow changing scales - the slicer has a few settings for that and it'd be where I looked. Or it could be acceleration issues where the Core can't move as fast as the slice is telling it to: skipping steps, etc.
