First of all welcome. Secondly can you not post long lists that are impossible to go through, if you want to post that info the simplest way is to save a project from PRUSA slicer (file>save project as)and the 3mf saved will contain a copy of all 3 profiles in use as well as any models and modifiers etc. The only thing to remember is that all files attached should be zipped up or the forum here will just silently not attach them. No warnings.
As to your specific issue, there is no issue. It is deliberately programmed to do that. Someone else very recently also asked this same question. It’s currently on the second page of this very sub forum, https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/prusaslicer/finishing-wipe-tower-in-mid-air/

As BaconFase said. And please, don't include pages of configs that are hard to parse. Much better is to upload a zipped 3mf project file saved from Prusaslicer, which contains all your settings and makes it much easier to see if anything is suspicious.
