What is the system requirement for Mac?

I have been running the old slic3r-Prusa on my Macbook Air4,2 (2011). Running PrusaSlicer is extremely slow and may crash sometimes. I can't seems to find any info on the system requirement for running PrusaSlicer.

Running on a Mac Mini Early 2009 with no problems. Though a SSD is installed and max. RAM.

I am on OS X 10.11.6, 1.7 GHz Intel Core i5, 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3(MAX), Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB, 480GB SSD(Transcend). Is there any minimum system requirements?

Got my MacBook White body Mid 2009, 2,13 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4 GB 800 MHz, El Captain from the attic and installed Prusa Slicer.

Importing standard 3DBenchy took ca. 4 seconds, slicing with 0,15mm Quality MK3 profile for MK3S took ca. 8 seconds.

The hard drive is a SSD, btw.

Any issue with viewing the sliced model. There is slowness while dragging the level viewing bar. Also doing that bring up my cpu fan and the whole macbook air start to slow down almost not responding until I quit PrusaSlicer.

In general, 4GB of RAM is quite low, 8GB is reasonable. The 3D print path preview allocates quite a lot of graphics memory, and on your system the graphics memory is likely allocated from the main memory. Also if the 3D rendering is slow, you may either have a graphics driver issue, or your graphics card is slow, or the 3D graphics is rendered on a CPU.
