Weird slicing issue with concave object
Hi, I found a model on printables https://www.printables.com/model/795276-easter-egg-2/files which has a concave stand (Stand.3mf) for displaying eggs.
When I slice the stand in both PrusaSlicer and SuperSlicer, the concave part gets sliced flat (as seen below) i.e. the curved part completely disappears;
If I rotate the object 90 degrees, so it stands on an edge, and slice, the curved part is sliced correctly.
When I tried in OrcaSlicer, the object slices correctly in its native orientation.
Has anyone ever seen this before and knows how to fix it? I've certainly never come across 🙂
TIA

I put my (virtual) money on Print Settings>Advanced>Slicing>Slicer mode being set to Close Holes.

I am not able to reproduce this. Using profile for MK2.5 and Prusaslicer 2-7-2 it works just like it should be. Regards, Eef

Yep, that's it. I could reproduce this. You have virtually won 1st price!
