Using PVA to make Nylon stick and give a flat bottom.
Hey all,
I'm making a router base prototype and have issues with nylon sticking.
What I have done in the past is simply used PETG essentially as a shellac, a universal bonder.
I grab my model, extrude the bottom 0.5mm, and put in a 'colour change' after that and switch filaments.
I want to try with with PVA, but also want to take advantage of ironing.
I have my model, I've extruded 0.5mm at the bottom, but I can't get "all solid surfaces' to act as I thought it was supposed to.
Essentially I want the first layer to be put down as normal (0.3mm @ 0.8mm wide), then the second layer (0.2mm @ 0.4mm wide), then have that second layer ironed, trigger a filament change, and print the nylon on top.
I can't for the life of my figure out how to make PrusaSlicer do what I want here. Anyone have any suggestions?

This option is not working properly at the moment.
Every layer will get an ironing pass. An experimental feature meant to be used with 100% infill to create clearer transparent objects.
