Under-Extrusion in Wipe Tower, Infill, and Solid Infill with Multi-Material printing

So I'm having an issue with my Prusa i3 Mk3s+ (firmware 3.10.1) using PrusaSlicer and printing with a Palette 3 Pro multi-material setup.  I was using release 2.4 on my iMac (os 12.3.1) but just installed 2.4.2 to see if that fixed the issue, it did not.  I'm using the Post-Processing script P2PP to turn the G-code from PrusaSlicer into the .MCFX that the Palette requires and interprets for tool changes.  I've been talking with the developer of P2PP but we haven't seemed to get anywhere so I figured I'd come here.

Basically when I slice a design in PrusSlicer for the Palette, my Wipe Tower, General Infill, Solid Infill, and Top Infill all underextrude but my perimeters do not (to any noticeable degree). If I slice the same design in Mosaic Canvas (their own cloud based slicer) my Mk3S+ extrudes exactly as I expect it to, just the print results are sub-par because Canvas is terrible.  If I slice a Single-Material print in PrusaSlicer and just use the Prusa normally, it works flawlessly.

UnderExtrusion in Infill & Wipe Tower

I'm stumped.  To my knowledge the P2PP Post-Processing script solely converts the Tool-Change commands into what the Palette needs so it can perform as required & add some start G-code to tell the Palette what of its specific settings to use.  (I do not know that for sure.) It shouldn't adjust anything to do with Extrusion, yet I'm under-extruding noticeably.

Does anyone have any input here? Canvas from Mosaic is a pretty crap slicer compared to PrusaSlicer but I'm just getting horrible results with PrusaSlicer + Palette 3 Pro.  Others aren't but with my particular machine its a mess.
