Trying to figure out how to print 2 colors on 1 layer.

 

im trying to figure how to so something like this, i have a coaster i want to make and 2 color face,  then the rest black.   I got the idea from this, board game printed but im not sure how to do it,  I tried to make a nagtive and postive STLs and line them up, but theres no way to select color.  

anyone have any input? i have added the OG 3mf file that shows the settings in prusaslicer but i dont quite know how to navigate or understand what is happening.

Prusa slicer has changed a bit, but the idea is still the same. 

One of the other users 'Rainer' also has a way of multicolour printing without an MMU
