Treat merged objects as separate objects

Hi,

I'm trying to print 2 objects, one on top of the other one, named "bottom" and "top" for this example, merged to keep them aligned as is needed. After I slice them, the bottom object have top layers only on the visible/exposed area, area where the top object seat have no top layers(from the bottom object), neither bottom layers(from the top object).

I need the bottom object to be sliced as is alone on the plate, with full top layers and the top object to be sliced without bottom layers.

I the past, working with CuraSlicer, I remember that if I let the object as is added on the plate, Cura treat them as a single object(as PrusaSlicer current do). But, if I add settings like these and these the slicer treat them as separate objects and the bottom one have top&bottom layers and the top one have only top layers.

Is there any way to do that in PrusaSlicer, treat them as separate objects ?

Thanks,
Eli
