Travel lift (Z hop) only when ironing top surfaces?

Lift is unnecessary for most printing, but it makes little sense to me that you can instruct PrusaSlicer to carefully iron a top surface, only to then marr it with a travel line immediately after.

It's possible to enable travel lift globally, but that affects the entire print, and in many cases just means slower printing and more tiny ooze spots.

I'm aware you can turn off travel across perimeters and detour around them, but that also slows the entire print, and isn't a solution when ironed areas *have to be* crossed like individual lettering.

I'm also aware you can set height limits for travel lift, but that doesn't work as an ideal solution for a model with more than one top surface that you wish to iron (e.g. a multicolor sign with differing heights for the text and background, each of which are multiple layers thick).

TL;DR: Is there a way to enable travel lift selectively for "all top surfaces" only, just like the ironing "all top surfaces" setting?
