To whom should I speak about bugs found in PS?

Hi everyone.

I am new to this forum, but have some experience in 3D printing and printer design. I consider myself somewhat a power user - small farm, custom printers - and a dinosaur - I did miss all those skeinforge options. So in short I find limitations and error in slicers preety often.

In current version perimeters overlap is nonefective in modifiers. Also layers modifier screams for custom gcode to inject at any given height. Temperature tower anyone? Color change?

Is there anyone I could contact directly? I use PS on daily basis.

What about the idea for "custom g-code modifier"?

Same.  The github is for software issues and feature requests.

@neophyl

seems counter intuitive to submit it as issue, but ill give it a try 🙂 Thanks again

I believe Printer Settings->Custom G-code->Before layer change G-code will do what you're after. It's commonly used for adjusting temps at specific heights or layers for temp towers.

@yru2501

You dont submit it as an issue but as a feature.  Github has different tags that can be applied by the devs.  Just stick Feature request in the title and at some point when they do housekeeping over there one of the devs will tag it.  The whole point of github is to act as a tracker for all the issues, no matter of what stripe.  There are seperate areas for Slicer, Firmware, MMU etc though so be sure to stick stuff in the correct one.
