Time estimation excessive

Hello All,

I've a problem with the estimated times by PrusaSlicer.

In this case it estimates more than one day of printing :

When the file is ready to print via my Octoprint, the estimation is 3 hours :

After several prints I know that Octoprint is much closer to reality than PrusaSlicer.

In this case I will have something like 5 hours print.

The printer is an Ender 3.

Is there a settings I'm missing in the slicer ? One day off is quite a big difference.

RE: Time estimation excessive

Although I get excellent estimates from my PrusaSlicer for my MK3S, I also use the PrintTimeGenius plugin for my OctoPrint setup. https://plugins.octoprint.org/plugins/PrintTimeGenius/ This plugin gives me excellent runtime estimates. Down  to the minute, at least.

I know about the OctoPrint plugins.

Apparently I'm the only one to have this issue, it's not a big deal, but it's strange.

There must be a settings somewhere that I've wrong.

Octoprint    makes an error of ~ 0.5 x

PrusaSlicer makes an error of ~ 10 x

RE: Time estimation excessive

My PrusaSlicer estimates are usually within the ballpark.  Of course I use the I3 MK3S.

My guess is that something about the Creality config in PrusaSlicer is not dialed in correctly.
