Tabbed Project windows within Prusa
I hope this is the correct place to post a suggestion for Prusa Slicer.
I wondered if it was possible to have tabbed projects within Prusa Slicer, so multiple projects open simulatiously with there own settings.

No this is not the correct place. The correct place is over on the Prusa Slicer github located here https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+sort%3Aupdated-desc Github is where the items are tracked/numbered etc and are seen by Prusa staff. This is mainly a user to user forum and while the devs do pop over here occasionally that is the exception rather than the norm. They are far too busy 🙂
The forum though is a great place to discuss a new feature to get it into shape to be posted though.
One thing I will also point out that is that there are over 2000 open issues/feature requests for PS already, and over 5000 closed ones. So it is highly likely that something has already been asked for or reported. That's why doing a thorough search of both open and closed issues using any likely keyword is important.
For instance your request appears to have already been made, at least this one seems to pretty much ask for the same thing https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/3882
Why not go add to that one and give it more attention.

I know it's not the same but you can run multiple instances of Prusaslicer.
