Support for non-prusa printers, larger nozzle diameter, and different layer heights?

Hi all - I have my MK3 and love it. I get the best quality prints with the stock profiles in PrusaSlicer. I own three other printers and would like to stream line my slicing process by eliminating my need for Cura. Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to create new printers that point to the stock MK3 profiles correctly. Is there a walk through guide that explains the intent and philosophy of the profiles and how they are linked to a printer? I find it very confusing.

Printer #1 is VERY similar to the MK3 but uses a RAMPS 1.4 board and Marlin 1.1.9 (E3D Titan Aero, BlTouch).

Printer #2 is sorta similar to the MK3 but uses a MKS-GEN 1.4 board and Marlin 1.1.9 with a 1.0mm nozzle (E3D Titan Aero+Volcano, BlTouch)

Printer #3 is a Hypercube with Duet 2 wifi and Bondtech Direct Drive with E3D hotend and BlTouch

I am aware that I can add a "New Custom FDM" printer but it doesn't point to the MK3 profiles or the material settings. I have had some success with Printer #1 by making a copy of the MK3 profile and changing the start/end G Code support that printers start routine.I attempted the same thing for printer #2 and changed the layer height to 0.3mm, nozzle diameter 1.0mm, and a few other parameters. This worked one time but when I opened PrusaSlicer, ALL of my printers vanished from the dropdown menu! Printer #3 uses REPRAP firmware and I had some issues with getting that to work too (but can't remember what they are)

Any help would be appreciated!
