Support enforcers not being respected for layer heights greater than .10mm
In Prusa 2.3.1 + Win64, if I set the layer height, either through "Print Settings" or by setting the value manually, to a number larger than 0.10mm, support enforcers are not respected.
Even if I set the layer height to .11mm.
Again, either manually or through the "Print Settings" dialogue.

Please save your project file from Prusa Slicer (File>Save Project as). Then take the resulting .3mf file and zip it into an archive. Then take that archive and attach it to a post here.
The 3mf will contain the model, all your settings you are using as well as things like your painted on enforcers, modifiers , variable layer heights etc. Its the only way to properly debug issues. Without it everything is just a wild ass guess.
You will get far more help if you can do this each time you post about an issue. Its also the same procedure if you need to open an issue with the devs on github so its best to get into the habit of providing the info at the start instead of people having to ask for it every time.
To me that just looks like you have support set to everywhere as in ALL instances of your screen caps the support is going everywhere the angle slopes. Its just that with different layer heights the threshold of where it considers needs supports will change so at 0.2 it might not consider that top slope to need support but at 0.1 it might. With the 3mf I would be able to see whats happening.

As said in the other thread that mimics this post, defect reports should go to github, not here on a peer to peer forum. To say it simply:
Prusa Developers do not read these forum posts.
ps: and - in both images - supports are there. I see no defect - as claimed.

I am here for in case this isn't a bug and is just a setting. I don't want to hammer the dev's if it's not their problem.
Also. Do you see how the supports are different? That's what support enforcers are for.

Thank you. I have shared 3 files. One from default ".30mm Draft" defaults with enforcers, one from ".10 details" defaults with enforcers, and one from ".10 details" with the layer height changed to .15mm
The .15mm layer height will be posted in the next reply

First problem stems from the part not being manifold. All slicing bets are off in that case. So the fact you've got blockers on one side of the surface and they aren't working to block the enforcer you have on the other side of that surface isn't surprising.

Here's the conundrum: the support is building to the surface you've designated, not to the surface you've blocked. There is no support interface being built in the blocked region.

I repaired the model, and it appears to behave consistently between .1 and .3 layers. Though I didn't spend a lot of time applying the enhancer - it does appear to be building off the inner spoiler surface now rather than the build plate.

And an example of normal behavior. No blockers should be needed. However, supports in Slicer are not as robust as we'd all like.
The issue you are presenting is more than likely due to the non-manifold part.

Just to reiterate the other thread, when your models are non manifold all bets are off. You can guarantee nothing about the slicers behavior.

Yes, this is what happens when one uses the 'thicken' process to turn a surface into a manafold. Because extruded faces are extruded normal to themselves, they make self intersecting geometry to other faces.

That is quite a conundrum and hard to get past. I guess this is why you need to make custom supports with a cad program.

Well - I'm at a loss because it prevented the support building from the bed in .1 and .3 layers on my Slicer. There were still weird support artifacts, but supports in Slicer are a weak point. Slicer will place support bits in free air. And many of these bad traits are known and defects written against them. Word is Prusa is working on supports as a major effort for 2.4.
ps: pretty sure it has to do with Slicer not understanding the spoiler inside surface as a face/normal/ or whatever. Honestly, I am surprised it even generates supports at all with a non-manifold part. After repair - an 3D-Builder autoextrude in the background, Slicer then finds the inside of the spoiler as a buildable surface. No blockers needed.
