Strange slicing behaviors based on layer height

Slicer 2.6.1

0.4 mm extruder head, if I define a 0.2mm extruder head the result is worst.

the minimum wall thickness is 0.412 mm,
Any explanation for the following results ? any advises ?

thanks !

here is the object :

here is the "0.1mm detail" result

here is the "0.20 quality" result

here is the ".20mm speed" result

with 0.2mm head

If you have the default 0.4mm nozzle defined (or larger) then the wall is too narrow to slice.  A 0.4mm nozzle has a default extrusion width of 0.45mm - too wide to fit so the slicer skips that section.

As a rough guide, for printable walls aim for at least two extrusion widths and for neat walls. five.

As layer heights change the extrusion rates change and the amount of squish required to stick layers together changes so minor variations arise, this is not your underlying problem.

Hey, thanks Cheerio for your advises.

I did the print keeping the wall width with a low cost PLA, using a 0.4 nozzle and "0.2mm draft" speed and the result is pretty impressive !
And not that bad compared the same object printed with a Phrozen Mighty 8K (right side of the picture in grey) with a 8K resin (first slicing made by Prusaslicer then with chitubox)
