RE: Stacking - How to set up in PrusaSlicer?
However slicer allows you to add extra parts to an object and those parts can be placed anywhere you like. Its one way of getting around all things must be on the bed.
You just changed my life... It takes a little getting used to, but of course (facepalm). When you add your other part to the first model, you have to "load" it unless you somehow have that part in your gallery. For reasons prusaslicer put it way below the build plate for me but just select the part you added, and use the move tool (selecting the parent you added it to moves the group). Once you get the stack the way you want you can of course select the parent and then export it as a STL for others to enjoy your new stack.
