Somehow I broke M862.3 in one printer profile

I have an MK3S+. It prints fine, but I recently started having an issue: when I go to print something the printer says it's sliced for a different printer.

I did some research and found that M862.3 in a gcode file could cause this. So I checked a recent gcode file & found that, instead of showing the printer model, the line

M862.3 P "[printer_model]"

 came out as

M862.3 P ""

Can anyone tell me why this might be? Where would I go to correct it? I realize it's not necessarily critical, but I would like to know.
Other printer profiles do populate the variable properly. It's just this one profile (unfortunately, the one I mostly use).

Printer model is usually defined in the notes section of the Printer Profile.

Thank you. I did know that, but forgot.
