Solid Infill instead of Bridge generated
Hi all,
not sure if there is a setting for "min. bridge distance" as I wanted to print a modified Temp Tower with a 0.25 mm nozzle and save a bit of time... but the bridge didn`t get recoginzed as one. It`s a 8.1 mm distance in reality.
PrusaSlicer verion 2.9.3
Any advice on how to make PrusaSlicer treat the gap as a bridge?
RE: Solid Infill instead of Bridge generated
Without seeing your settings it could be several things. Please get the problem and then use File>Save project as from Prusa Slicer. That will create a .3mf. a 3mf created from PS will have the model but also more importantly ALL the settings from your in use profiles.
Now take that 3mf and ZIP it up. Then attach the zip file to a reply here. It must be zipped or the forum will silently drop the file as it only allows a very limited number of formats.
Without a 3mf then its guesswork. Could be educated guesswork but still. For example if you have supports set to 0 z gap (soluble) then that turns off ALL bridging detection. Or it could be you have the experimental option, extra perimeters on overhangs turned on, etc.

Well, your educated guess was indeed educated :)))) That was exactly it! Thanks Neophyl.
Nevertheless, your`re right, there are so many factors and parameters that it`s never as easy as I probably imagined to give a good advice without the project file.
Even though the issue got solved thanks to your guess, I`ll still attach the project file 😉
