Slicing Issue
Has anybody seen anything like this before? the image on the left is from cura on the right is from prusaslicer. I must have something wrong in a setting somewhere because I can't for the life of me work out why it is adding the additional front lip to the tooth. I've also attached the link to the stl. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so it is obviously something in my settings that is causing it. I'm using a custom profile so it is surely something I have changed. I'll head towards stock and readd my settings one at time. I'll post back if I find the root cause. Thank you for the prompt response.
