Slicer in Inches Instead of MM?
I don't see a way to tell Slicer that I want to work in inches instead of mm. Is there a way to do it?

Sorry but that won't work. I made them in a CAD program in inches.
I guess I'll learn to live with it if I can't change it.

If your parts are created and exported in inches then when imported into Slicer they will be very small. If you scale them larger In slicer using the scale option by 2540% like Joan said the parts will then be scaled correctly back to their original size.
However it should be easy in your Cad program to export in mm instead of inches even if you are working in inches.

No, that has not been my experience at all. I've made about 3-4 parts in inches and printed them just fine. They do not scale.

If when imported into slicer they don't need rescaling then the parts have been exported in mm.
Its quite common to find stl files on thingiverse that have been exported in inches, we get 'Ive imported my part and its really small' questions often. Its usually down to the mm/inches conversion and the fix to that is to scale up the small parts by 2540%.

I am a yank also. We need to learn metric. I also used to design cad in inches but convert all my designs to mm.

Put a check in the last box in the setup wizard "View Mode" section.
That may do the trick.

In Blender, I'm working in metrics - either in mm or m. When I export an STL from Blender and import it into PrusaSlicer I'm always given that "looks like saved in inches" dialog box.
(The dialog box isn't triggered by the object being metric or imperial - PrusaSlicer just thinks it's microscopic, and so it triggers this misleading dialog box.)
I say no, and scale up 1000%, which works... but is an erroneous workflow. Is there an import setting somewhere in PrusaSlicer that can correct for this problem?

I also design in inches. The last step before saving as STL is to scale X, Y, and Z by 2.54X. My original CAD files stay in inches.
It probably would be easier to design in metric, but all my tape measures and calipers are in inches.

In blender you can set your working scale to mm. Save the file in "File->Default->Save startup file". Next new file will automatically be set correct up for mm.

I have the defaults in blender set to metric yet every time I'm importing into prusaslicer it brings up the dialog, and it's only prusaslicer that does this behaviour superslicer is fine with Blender generated STL's.

I am still a beginner in Bender, but have no issues importing and exporting in metric (mm) when creating and editing models for PrusaSlicer.
Before I could use Blender for 3D modeling, I did a setup, following "Maker Tales" (YouTube) instruction for Learn Blender 2.9+ Through Precision Modeling.
Now Blender automatically start a new project/file with the correct setting for scaling.

My blender is fine as well, it's prusaslicer and only prusaslicer that brings up the maybe this is in inches dialog.
Many of us using Blender and Prusa Slicer don't have any issue with scaling which does suggest that something in your Blender setup is not quite correct. iirc as well as setting the units system to Metric you also need to set Unit Scale to 0.001 and then Length to Millimetres to actually get millimetres when modelling and exporting.
I think blend files are sort of self contained a bit like PS 3mf files so the settings are stored in the blender file.
Load the attached blend file of a 20mm cube and export it then load the stl into PS and see what you get.

I've checked that box by mistake and GUI changed to imperial.
