Slicer Filamant Profiles

Pretty new and so far I only used Filaments that have a pre-set Filament profile in Slicer. Where do these profiles come from? Is there a way to add user profiles or download a filament profile that not already in Prusa Slicer? I have purchased a spool of Esun PLA+ that is not in Prusa Slicer and found "recommended Printer Parameters", but it would be nice to add it as a saved setting for future use?

RE: Slicer Filamant Profiles

This from famed forum member @bobstro -

“To create a new filament profile, just select one that's close (e.g., Generic PLA), adjust the settings as desired, then hit the Save button next to the filament profile name box at the top left of the Filament Settings screen. When prompted for a name, give it a custom name. This will copy all of the settings from the basic profile along with your modifications to a new custom profile.”
