SLA Slicing Bug with 3mf Files

I reported this several versions back but it is still present in the latest version of PrusaSlicer.

3MF files are not handled properly when trying to modify SLA supports.  My guess is nobody has picked up on this b/c most are using STL files.  However, Prusa recommends using 3MF files for several reasons, the foremost being much small size.  Would be nice if they would fix this bug.

I have attached a couple of examples... this bug can be reproduced using 3MF files from multiple different sources.

If you have already reported it on github then there's little more than can be done except to possibly update your original report there to state that the issue is still expressing in version x.x.x

I did this a while back when 2.3 was in beta, one of the devs responded but it looks like they have not pursued a fix
