Setting nozzle profile

Hello, I would like to ask you for advice on the nozzle profile. I would like to use a Bondtech CHT® Coated Brass Nozzle, which should allow greater material flow and therefore faster printing. I use a prushaslicer in which I have a nozzle set to 0.8 and a selected profile of 0.55. Would you please recommend me what parameters to change so that I can print faster without losing print quality?

RE:

My guys, layer height plays a crucial role. Slightly increasing the layer height can help reduce the overall number of layers and save time. However, be cautious not to increase it too much, as it may impact the finer details and overall quality of your print.

After that another thing, print speed can be gradually increased to expedite the printing process. Experiment with different speeds to find the optimal balance between speed and maintaining good print quality. Keep in mind that higher speeds may require additional adjustments to other parameters.

Wall thickness is also a key point to take a look at. By reducing the number of perimeter walls or adjusting the wall thickness setting, you can effectively reduce printing time. However, it's essential to strike a balance between speed and maintaining adequate structural integrity for your specific application.

Of course, finding the right combination of these parameters is key to achieving faster print speeds without sacrificing print quality. Just experiment, perform test prints, and fine-tune the settings based on your specific requirements and you should find the answer.
