Set a height to surfaces layer?

I am printing some containers and I set the print settings to not print any top or bottom surfaces, to save time and filament on the bases. However, I would like there to be surfaces on the tops of the support beams as you can see in the picture.

Is there a simple way to set prusaslicer to print surfaces after a certain layer?

Use a height range modifier.  Set the top surfaces to be what you need for the modifier and place it at the top.  Or place the modifier covering the bottom and set the top/bottom layers to zero in that.  Either way will work.

If you haven't gone through the prusa slicer knowledge base, please do so as it will answer many basic questions.
