Seeming Prusaslicer (or f/w) bug RE: chamber temp settings

Apologies if bugs should go elsewhere, just point me to it if so.

I've had around 70 or so successful prints with my new C1L, so it was time to move on to one of the bigger projects - building a 10" homelab rack.  I've printed through a spool or two of Overture PetG, and between my own calibrations and then seeing there was actually a configuration for their PETG, felt reasonably comfortable on the print.  However, the printer is in my shop and it's COLD outside.  The shop is warmer than outside but less than the house, probably 45-50*F/8-10*C.

So I noted on both filament profiles I had nominal chamber temp was 35* but no minimum.  As this project will probably go through a spool of filament or more, I decided to let the chamber come to temp in addition to adding brims to the parts, and set min temp to 20*C, knowing the printer once running routinely gets to 25*C or so.

So I send the job over to it, wait for a long time, waiting for the nozzle to start to come to temp, and watching the chamber temps.  The temp indeed made it to 25/26* C - however, it then failed on 'Failed to reach chamber temperature.'  Well, yeah, that's wrong, but it's possible it's looking at the wrong value/switched variable in the code as it certainly wasn't hitting the 35*C, but it did surpass the min temp setting I had.  There's the possible/seeming bug, although it may be in the generated gcode from slicer, or <elsewhere>?

Am I posting this one in the right place?  Unsure if I can get any useful logs out of this.  Once I get through some print jobs (current one is around 13 hours), I can probably reproduce it.  ?

Also - is there a reason slicer lets you set min temps for filaments, but it seems unable to for example, close the vent to help get there?

This is a user to user forum, the best place for Bug reports and similar is Prusa's github ...

However, on page 6 of your 3D Printing Handbook it states:

  Operating Temperature Range: 18 °C - 38 °C

Cheerio,
